Displaying Delivery Receipt Status for a Message

You can view the delivery receipt status of a message, by using the following steps:

1. Select Sent Items from the main menu.
2. Select a message. The message is displayed.
3. Select the Delivery Receipts Status drop-down option, which displays each recipient's name and email address.

4. Select More, "..." for the recipient you are interested in.
5. Either select:

• • View Details to display the following information:
    • Recipient.
    • Remote IP.
    • Acknowledgment.
  • Copy Details to Clipboard to copy the detail to your device's clipboard.
