Comments
how do we find out about mimecast's determination following our requested re-categorization?
how long does it take before we should be able to reach an URL once re-categorized?
Thank you for your feedback; we have reviewed the article and updated it.
If a re-categorisation remains unreachable 48 hours later how can you find out why its been rejected, why isn't the requester informed of the rejection? We have users attempting to access previously available content from a supplier who remain blocked due to it being categorised as “Parked Domain” which is incorrect.
Thank you for the comment! In order to get you the best solution possible, would you please post it into our Community? Not only will it be addressed by Cybersecurity peers, but the Mimecast team as well. Once you receive a solution, it can be bookmarked for easy retrieval.
