By default, the Overview tab displays data from the previous 24 hours. You can change this by selecting a different value from the Date Range drop-down.
The overview tab provides a snapshot display in a graphic format of the cloud applications being used in your environment. Each graph is clickable and displays a filtered version of either the Application List or Activity Report. See the Click Action column in the table below for further details.

Cloud Apps

The Cloud Apps tab lists the applications being used in your environment and allows you to set a status against each one.
Adding a status allows you to manage the list of applications. The application's status is displayed in the Status column.

You can change an application's status by using the following steps:

  1. Select the Tick Box to the left of the required applications.  You can click on either:
      • Monitor Application: This allows you to monitor the application's usage to make a decision on whether it should be subject to a policy.
      • Sanction Application: This status flags that the application's usage is approved by the administrator. Any application that doesn't have the sanctioned status automatically falls into the non-sanctioned status.
      • Clear Status: This clears the status of the application.
