Brand Exploit Protect - Accessing

This guide describes how to access Brand Exploit Protect, which you can do via:

To access Brand Exploit Protect, you must have one of the following roles:

  • Super Administrator
  • Full Administrator
  • Partner Administrator
  • Basic Administrator

Using More Services:

To access Brand Exploit Protect via More Services:

  1. Log in to the Mimecast Administration Console.
  2. Navigate to the More Services section in the left-hand menu.
  3. Click on Brand Exploit Protect.

To access Brand Exploit Protect via the My Apps page:

  1. Enter the http://login.mimecast.com/apps URL into your browser.
  2. Enter your Logon.
  3. Click on the Next button.
  4. Enter your Domain or Cloud Password.
  5. Click on the Next button.
  6. Click on Brand Exploit Protect.

Q: Although Brand Exploit Protect is a part of my Mimecast subscription, I cannot see the Brand Exploit Protect tile in the My Apps page. Why is this?
A: This may mean that something has gone wrong during the provisioning process. Contact Mimecast Support who can check that your account has been provisioned correctly. See the Raising a Mimecast Support Case page for full details.
Q: When I click on the Brand Exploit Protect icon, a new page opens but I don't get access. Instead the page keeps loading. Have I done something wrong?
A: Your administrator role might not have the required Brand Exploit Protect permissions. Review your administrator role via Account | Roles menu item. If you don't have the Brand Exploit Protect permissions, check if you can grant them yourself. Alternatively, ask a high level administrator to grant them for you.
