This guide describes the functions and tabs within the various CyberGraph 2.0 menu screens. These dashboards comprise the following menu items:
Dashboard Overview
To access the CyberGraph dashboard, you must be a Basic Administrator or above.
To access the CyberGraph dashboard:

Log in to the Mimecast Administration Console.
- Navigate to CyberGraph 2.0 | Overview menu option.
The overview page provides basic reporting metrics regarding Dynamic Banners and the Tracker feature. The date range of the displayed metrics is set to Yesterday by default. The date range can be changed to show metrics for 7 Days or 30 Days.
Yesterday is based on data stored in Coordinated Universal Time (UTC) and does not refer to yesterday in local time. Dashboard data for Yesterday will not be visible until after midnight UTC time.
Dynamic Banners
To access the Dynamic Banners Dashboard

Log on to the Mimecast Administration Console.
- Navigate to CyberGraph 2.0 | Dynamic Banners menu option.
The Dynamic Banners page consists of:
- A graph showing how many emails were processed by CyberGraph and the number of emails that had banners applied
- The Alert Types Triggered section breaks down the different types of banners applied to inbound emails and the rule triggers causing the banners to be used.
There can be multiple rule triggers per email. Therefore, these numbers may exceed the total number of emails with banners. The % Total column reflects the percentage of total emails for each rule, not the percentage of total banners.
- The Triggered Domains list displays the distribution of emails by domain that have been received and had banners applied. You can search this list to determine if a particular domain triggered any banners. To do this, enter the name of the domain you are looking for in the Search bar.
You can enter the full or a partial domain name (for example, the first few characters) but wildcards (like *general.co) are not supported.
- The Domain Safelist displays all the domains administrators have added to the Safelist to prevent Dynamic Banners from being displayed on inbound emails. For more information, see the Configuring Domain Safelists page.
- The User Reports section logs end-user actions when a Dynamic Banner is displayed in an inbound email.
| Statistic | Description |
|---|---|
| Average Alert Ratio | The number of banners generated/emails processed by CyberGraph during the selected period. |
| Average Alerts Per Inbox Per Day | The average number of banners per day for each email address. |
| Emails Reported by Users | The total number of bannered emails reported as suspicious or spam during the period. |
| Emails Marked as Safe by Users | The total number of bannered emails during the period the user elects to mark as Safe. |
Dynamic Banner Search
To access the Dynamic Banners Search page:

Log on to the Mimecast Administration Console.

Navigate to CyberGraph 2.0 | Dynamic Banners menu option.

Select the Search tab.

Trackers
Displays Tracker metrics:
| Field / Option | Description |
| Total Emails Scanned | The number of emails scanned by CyberGraph within a specified period. |
| Known Attempts Secured | The number of known, labeled trackers neutralized from inbound emails. |
| Potential Attempts Secured | The number of potential trackers neutralized from inbound emails, such as emails with a suspicious 1-pixel hidden image. |
| Individual Trackers | Metrics regarding the number of neutralized Individual Trackers. This number may amount to more than one per email. |
| Behavior & Bulk Marketing | Metrics regarding the number of Behavior & Bulk Marketing Trackers. |
| Other Trackers | Metrics regarding the number of Other Trackers. |
| Competitor Domains | Displays the data for the specific Competitor Domains defined in your Tracker Settings. For further details, see the Configuration Settings page. |
| Subject Line Keywords | Displays the data for the specific Subject Line Keywords defined in your Tracker Settings. For further details, see the Configuration Settings page. |
| Key Employees | Displays the data for specific Key Employees defined in your Tracker Settings. For further details, see the Configuration Settings page. |
Trackers Search
To access the Trackers Search page:

Log in to the Mimecast Administration Console.

Navigate to CyberGraph 2.0 | Trackers menu option.

Select the Search tab.

Up to 90 days of activity search results are returned.
User Activity Logs
You can access the User Activity Logs, by using the following steps:
- Log in to the Mimecast Administration Console.
- Navigate to CyberGraph 2.0 | Activity Logs.
- The User Activity Logs screen displays a log of end user activity (banner reporting).
Filters have been removed, since only end user report records are shown.All Administrator activity is now found under Account | Audit Logs in the Mimecast Administration Console.
Exporting Logs
You can export logs to CSV by clicking the Export Activity Logs button within Activity Logs.
