This page demonstrates how to access DMARC Analyzer from the Administration Console and the My Apps page. It applies to users with the following roles:

  • Super Administrator
  • Full Administrator
  • Partner Administrator
  • Basic Administrator

For further information on customizing roles and permissions, visit Managing Administrator Roles.

This feature may be considered in future releases for Federated Administrators (e.g. Partner Administrators that log in to the Administration Console via the Mimecast Partner Portal and Federated Administrators on the Advanced Account Administration (AAA) or Federated Account Administration (FAA) setups).

Linking Your Mimecast and DMARC Analyzer Accounts

If this is the first time you're using Single Sign-On to access DMARC Analyzer from My Apps, you must link your Mimecast account to your DMARC Analyzer account. To link your accounts:

  1. Log in to the Mimecast Administration Console.
  2. Navigate to the DMARC Analyzer section in the left-hand menu.
  3. Enter your DMARC Analyzer Login Credentials.
  4. Click Log In.

Upon successful authentication, your Mimecast account and your DMARC Analyzer account will be linked, allowing you Single Sign-On access to DMARC Analyzer going forward.

Once the link between accounts has been created, you can add the DMARC Analyzer permissions to your Custom Administrator Roles.

Accessing via My Apps:

To access DMARC Analyzer via the My Apps page:

  1. Enter the http://login.mimecast.com/apps URL into your browser.
  2. Enter your Login credentials.
  3. Click Next.
  4. Enter your domain or cloud Password.
  5. Click Next.
  6. Select the DMARC Analyzer application icon.

The icon is only listed if you've subscribed to DMARC Analyzer and you've DMARC Analyzer Dashboard permissions.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q I have accidentally linked an old DMARC trial account instead of our corporate DMARC account. How can I fix this?
A: The Mimecast engineering team will have to resolve this query for you. See the Raising a Mimecast Support Case page for full details. The team can assist by removing the incorrect link and allowing you to add the correct DMARC account.
