Overview
As part of our innovation to create more efficient and streamlined processes to engage the support teams, we are excited to announce a change in the process for both partners and customers to request the elevation of administrative privileges to Protected Content Roles.
Examples of Content Protected Roles are:
- Super Administrator
- Full Administrator
- Partner Administrator
- Discovery Officer
The new process streamlines the logging of a case via Mimecaster Central to request the elevation of privileges, after which the authorized executive will receive a DocuSign request to approve the request and upload a signed letter before the privileges are granted. The DocuSign includes detailed information about the access being granted and a template that can be downloaded, completed, and signed to finalize the request.
