Overview

Mimecast is pleased to announce the availability of a download button for Email Security Cloud Integrated customers using Sync & Recover. Once you have selected an email, you will be presented with a Download .EML button next to the existing View Original Email Headers button. This new feature allows the administrator to download individual emails in .EML format as required.

Recommended actions 

No action is required as a result of this feature.
