This article contains information on using the account switch functionality and accessing applications via the Administration Console, including navigation steps and login requirements based on administrative rights.
To add the account switch functionality:
- Select your account through the Service Delivery / FAA / AAA tab and switch from here.
- Select the new account.
- Click on the Service Monitor and this will open and you will be able to see the customer's view.
To access other applications:
- Navigate to the More Services section in the left-hand menu.
- Click on the required application.
- Log in to the application (if required).
There are a number of applications you can access once you've logged into the Administration Console. The apps displayed are dependent on your administration rights. See the example image below:
