Overview

Mimecast is pleased to announce the following improvements to Sync & Recover for Email Security Cloud Integrated:

• Custom Retention Policies.
• Restore and Export functionality.

What's changing

• Custom Retention Policies: Administrators can now set custom retention policies; this currently applies account-wide, with future enhancements planned to allow for per-user retention policies. User-created retention policies will override the Mimecast default retention setting.
• Restore and Export: New improvements enhance user experience and functionality, allowing for the ability to restore items to the original location or another nominated user or export them to PST file format.
