CyberGraph 2.0 - Configuring Domain Safelists

This guide describes adding and removing domains to your CyberGraph 2.0 Domain Safelist.

  • Safelist entries will be ignored when inbound emails fail SPF checks.
  • Domains contained on your Domain Safelist will bypass certain processing (Banners, Tracker, and/or MEP) as mentioned below.

Adding Domains to Your Domain Safelist

Adding Domains Triggered by a Dynamic Banner

  1. Navigate to the Cybergraph | Dynamic Banners menu item.
  2. On the Triggered Domains list, add the domain to your Safelist by clicking the three-dot options button and selecting Mark as Safe.

Manually Adding Domains to Your Safelist

Do NOT add your own Internal Domains to the Safelist; doing so causes unexpected behavior.

  1. Navigate to the Cybergraph | Settings menu item.
  2. Click on the Domain Safelist tab.
  3. Enter the domain name. You can then choose the scope of the domain's safelist actions from the following three scope items:
    Banner
Do not deliver banners for the domains on this list.
    Tracker
Do not rewrite images for the domains on this list.
    MEP
Do not hold outbound messages for the domains on this list.

  • In some cases, a Domain Safelist entry is also in the Triggered Domains table. This typically occurs when a domain was added to the Safelist using the Mark as Safe option in the Triggered Domains table. In this situation, if you manually remove the domain from the Domain Safelist table, the entry in the Triggered Domains table will remain, but its status will change from Safe to blank.

  • If the domain entry was performed as a manual entry and no rule is triggered, this will be removed from the list permanently.
