Overview
Mimecast is pleased to announce the general availability of two API Endpoints that allow you to automate the removal of users from your account, or to re-instate them in case you removed them in error.
We will verify that an address doesn't have an Administrator role assigned, which must be removed before adding it to the Purge List, we will also see if the user has been set up as a reviewer or is otherwise required for specific configuration settings. If so, the API Response will detail the reason why the address was not added to the Purge List.
What's changing
- Add to Purge list.
- Remove from purge list.
Both endpoints allow you to action 1,000 addresses per call.
