Resource Center
The Resource Center (bullhorn icon) in the Mimecast Administration Console toolbar will allow access to:
If the Resource Center options do not respond to mouse clicks and an Ad Blocker is enabled on your web browser, make an exception for the Mimecast Administration Console URL or disable the Ad Blocker to always view search results.
What's New Feed
The What's New Feed displays news of our latest products and company updates.
To access the What's New Feed:
- Click on the Resource Center icon in the toolbar.
- You’ll see a notification count when there are new messages.
- Click on What's New to view the messages.
- Each message has some summary text and a link to further information.
Product Configuration
Product Configuration provides product optimization and configuration help, as well as the ability to access setup tours for certain product areas. When new configuration support gets rolled out, this module will be updated.
To access the latest product resources:
- Click on the Resource Center icon in the toolbar.
- Click on Product Configuration to view the available resources
- Click on the dropdown links to learn more
Your Account Assessment
The Your Account Assessment module provides quick access to view your Account Assessment, information on how to enhance your security measures, and the latest education offerings and free service trials.
To access the module:
- Click on the Resource Center icon in the toolbar.
- Click on Your Account Assessment to view the resources available.
- Click on the dropdown links to learn more.
Submit Your Feature Request
The Submit Your Feature Requests module allows you to submit feedback and feature requests directly in the Administration Console.
To submit your feedback:
- Click on the Resource Center icon in the toolbar.
- Click on the Submit Your Feature Requests module.
- Fill in the fields for your idea or feature request, with supporting images as required, then click on the Submit request button.
- Track your Ideas, vote on other Customer Requests and view our upcoming Product Roadmaps directly in the module.

Events
Events provide virtual and in-person event information. For example, webinars, in-person events, virtual training sessions and more.
To register and view event information:
- Click on the Resource Center icon in the toolbar.
- Click on Events to view upcoming events.
- Click on the CTAs to register or learn more.
Policy Help Center
The Policy Help Center module provides help with common support issues, policy configuration, and setup.
To access the Policy Help Center:
- Navigate to Gateway | Policies
- Click on the Resource Center icon in the toolbar.
- Click on the Policy Help Center to view and search for available support guides.
- Click on a specific guide to learn more.

Product tours and Walkthroughs
Our step-by-step walkthroughs offer technical guidance when configuring tasks or provide short tours to help you get started with new products and features. These are displayed automatically on accessing the functionality related to the content or can be found in the Product Onboarding section of the Resource Center. Use the navigation buttons to progress through the guide.
To access available walkthroughs:
- Click on the Resource Center icon in the toolbar.
- Select the Product Onboarding module to view the available guides.
- Click on the required tour.

Short tips provide information that's relevant to what you're currently doing. They're used to announce upcoming changes, highlight new features, and to help you optimize your products.

Banners are used to make important announcements such as service status updates or security actions that need to be taken.
