Mimecast Customer Care - Account Renewal Overview

This article gives supporting information for your upcoming Mimecast Account Renewal, and is intended for Administrators.

You are currently subscribed to a package that will no longer be available to renew. As such, you will see some changes to your account this year. This hub is designed to answer all your questions and make the transition as seamless as possible.

What Will Change With My Renewal?

Ahead of your contract renewal date, you will automatically be sent an updated quote that replaces your existing legacy bundle with the most current Mimecast plan. Moving to this plan will give you a greater level of functionality and enhanced protection.
How Do I Find Out What My New Package Will Be?

You will find this on your renewal notification. If you do not have this to hand, refer to the chart below, which shows the legacy package you will be moving from and what package you will be renewed on.

What additional capabilities will I be able to access?

The specific capabilities will depend on your current services package. All Email Security customers who do not currently have CyberGraph 2.0 or Browser Isolation will have this service added to their accounts to provide enhanced protection.

Will My New Services Require Any Type of Implementation?

Customers who have Cybergraph or Browser Isolation added to their accounts will receive details about how to activate these new services.

Additional resources can be found here: CyberGraph Enablement Hub, Browser Isolation Enablement Hub, Sync & Recover Knowledge Hub. If you need additional support outside of our knowledge material, you can log a support case.

Will My Price Change?

Yes. Mimecast applies a standard, contractually specified price uplift to all renewals, and your pricing will reflect the new capabilities provided in your plan.

Can I Change The Number of Licenses On My Renewal?

Yes, please contact your Account Manager to add to or reduce the number of licenses on renewal.

What Do I Do Now?
