This guide describes what to expect from the free 30-day Awareness Training trial.

Overview 

Awareness Training increases your organization’s resilience against cyberattacks by training employees to detect and avoid cyber threats. We equip you to identify risk and positively change employee behavior with engaging video-based training, realistic phishing simulations, dynamic risk scoring, and reporting.

To ensure the successful delivery of Awareness Training simulations and content, you must allowlist the SMTP addresses and domains provided in Awareness Training Configuring SMTP and URLs.

Trial Experience & Platform Administration

Based on the first-time setup you completed when launching your trial, we’ve already built an automated program tailored to your goals and training priorities.

If you enabled training, your organization’s first training video will be sent to employees on the training start date specified during setup. If you enabled phishing simulations, your organization’s first simulation will be sent 20 days after your configuration completion date (the day you launched your trial).

You will find instructions for analyzing platform performance in the resources linked below. While your trial will feature just a few pieces of training and simulated phishing data points, we strongly encourage you to follow your organization’s risk score. The risk score combines your employees’ awareness training performance with their unique real-world click data captured through Email Security Cloud Integrated. This equips you with the most complete picture of email security risks across your organization.
