Overview

Our popular ServiceNow integration is now available in the ServiceNow Store, certified against the latest versions (San Diego, Tokyo & Utah).

Mimecast and ServiceNow customers can benefit from being able to oversee & operate email directly in their Help Desk & IT Service Desk tools, creating huge efficiencies (e.g., block a sender, manage URLs, etc.).

The integration can be accessed via our integrations page ServiceNow | Mimecast Tech Partners, which offers an integration description, use cases & links to the ServiceNow store to quickly get started.

What's changing

The following improvements are featured as part of this 1.3.2 update:

1. Improved Synchronization: We are enhancing API performance with improved synchronization, facilitating better background synchronization, and effectively resolving timeout issues.
2. Improved Multi-Domain Support: We have improved the performance for Multi-Domain environments. This enhancement will enable smoother operations across multiple domains.
3. New Mimecast Account Admin Role: We're introducing the Mimecast Account Admin role to provide more comprehensive control. This role offers advanced administrative capabilities to enhance the management of accounts.
4. New Dedicated UI for MSP Admins: We've added a new UI (User Interface) designed for MSP (Managed Service Provider) admins. This interface streamlines updating internal app properties, ensuring a more efficient workflow.
5. Backward Compatibility: Existing users on Single-Domain instances can be assured this update maintains backward compatibility. You can continue using the app without experiencing any notable changes.

Users must upgrade their ServiceNow integration to version 1.3.2 to benefit from these improvements.
