Overview

Mimecast is pleased to announce an update to planned actions to upgrade the performance of the sandboxing feature for dynamic analysis of files within Targeted Threat Protection - Attachment Protect.

What's changing

• To ensure Mimecast continues to provide a robust and reliable service with effective scanning of all attachments, Mimecast will be replacing the existing third-party OEM sandboxing technology with a new cloud-based service.
• There will be no changes to the Attachment Protect Definition or Policy options within customers’ consoles.

Regional rollouts will be performed over the coming weeks. The table below will be updated to reflect when each region is complete.
