Overview
Mimecast is pleased to announce the release of a new feature that allows administrators to recover from Microsoft 365 configuration changes.
You will now be able to completely reinstall your CI installation, which includes the Mimecast Enterprise Application (including consent) and Mail Flow rules. The reinstall feature will reset a Cloud Integrated account to the default Mimecast settings, that were used when an account was created.
This feature only affects the re-installation of the Mimecast Enterprise Application and Mail Flow rules found within Microsoft 365. No policy or administrator account changes are made to a customer’s account.
