- Is there a minimum collective file size limit?
Yes. Files that collectively do not exceed 1 MB cannot be processed by Large File Send.

- Is there a maximum collective file size limit?
Yes. A maximum file size of 2 GB is allowed.
Troubleshooting
- Dragging and dropping files onto a message doesn't work.
Large File Send does not support drag-and-drop functionality in Microsoft Office or other email clients.
To add files to a message, you must use the Large File Send functionality available in the Mimecast Personal Portal, or Mimecast for Outlook.
- A message is not sent securely when trying to send a file using Large File Send and Secure Messaging.
You cannot use both Large File Send and Secure Messaging on the same message at the same time, as this is not supported.
In this scenario, Large File Send is used to send the message, leaving the body of the message unencrypted.
