Mimecast Account Assessment Report - Large File Send

This article describes how to view reports for Large File Send via the Account Assessment Report, and is intended for use by Administrators.

Navigation

You can access the Large File Send usage reports by navigating to Reporting | Account Assessment, via the Mimecast Administration Console. 

Clicking on Download Account Assessment PDF Reports will display a list of reports, with a Download PDF button associated with each report.

Viewing Reports for Large File Send

The Account Assessment Report includes Large File Send data for the week it covers.

Overview

The Overview section for Large File Send contains the following sections:

• Donut chart: This displays the number of Large File requests processed by Mimecast per day, grouped by message type, e.g.:
  
  • Outbound with invitation.
  • Inbound.
  • Invitation.
  • Outbound.
• Bar Chart: This displays the size and number of file attachments processed per day by Mimecast.
  The attachments include both inbound and outbound traffic.
  The top of the chart displays the total size (in GB) and total number of attachments.

Top Large File Send Users

The Top Large File Senders table displays the users who use Large File Send the most, with the most frequent user at the top of the table.
