Overview

Mimecast is pleased to announce an update to Attachment Protect and Attachment Protect Definitions.
Only the appearance of these screens will be updated; the underlying functionality will stay the same.

What's changing

• Attachment Protect will show an updated appearance:
  • Create New Definition and Trusted Senders buttons will show a new, updated appearance.
  • Policy data will be displayed in a table and will display ticks or crosses, according to what's been set up in each policy.
  • Columns displayed can be customised by clicking on the gear icon.
  • Search functionality will be the same as before.
  • The Show field can be used to select the number of rows to display (50, 100, 300, or 500).
  • Paging control can be used to view the next or previous page of data.
• New Definition will show an updated appearance.

  • The appearance will be updated when creating a new definition: 

    

  • This includes the additional fields that appear when Enable Outbound Check is expanded:

    

• Managed Senders will show an updated appearance (having clicked on Trusted Senders):
  • Trusted senders data will be displayed in a table.
  • Search functionality will be the same as before.
