Mimecast Mobile - Applying Stationery

This article contains information on applying stationery to emails in Mimecast Mobile, including prerequisites, and steps for using stationery layouts or default templates when composing or replying to messages.

Introduction

You can add Stationery to a message via Mimecast for Mobile. This can be done when either composing a new message, or replying to an existing message. This requires the stationery to be configured by your administrator.

Applying Stationery

You can apply Stationery to a message, by using the following steps:

  • Either Compose a new message or Reply to/forward an existing message.
  • Click on the Gateway Policies gear icon.
  • Click on the Add Stationery button.
  • Select the desired Stationery Layout, or:
    • Default Template: The stationery layout set as default by the administrator will be applied.
    • No Stationery: Ensures no stationery is applied to the email.
  • Having composed and sent your message, the selected stationery will be added automatically, when the message is sent.
