Q: What is SCORM?
A:
  • SCORM (Shareable Content Object Reference Model) helps LMS (Learning Management System)
    and learning content work together.
  • SCORM is important because successful eLearning delivery relies on the ability of Learning Management Systems to read, run, and report on course content.
Q: What is the Engage SCORM Product?
A:
  • Engage SCORM is available to purchase as an annual subscription, based on seats (unique user licenses).
  • Engage SCORM can be purchased as a standalone Engage product for scheduling and assigning training to end users via an LMS.
  • Engage SCORM can also be purchased as a supplementary Engage product, where phishing simulations and targeted video training is assigned on Engage, while onboarding or regulatory Engage is assigned along with other company-wide corporate training via the LMS.
  • SCORM files are available in all 26 languages supported on the Engage platform.
  • The SCORM subscription gives you access to the entire Engage video library.
  • Engage videos are offered in three SCORM formats; namely SCORM 1.2, AICC, and SCORM 2004 3rd Edition.
  • The Engage Quiz Questions and Answers are not built into the SCORM videos. The Quiz, if required, will need to be built separately in the LMS. All Quiz Questions and Answers are provided to Engage SCORM customers (English only).
Q: How does Engage SCORM Dispatch and Renewal work?
A:
  • Once purchased, the Engage SCORM Administration team will provide customers with a downloadable file containing the requested SCORM version of all the Engage videos.
  • Engage SCORM files will expire on the subscription end date. If the subscription is renewed, the SCORM files will expire on the revised subscription end date.
Q: How do I get Engage SCORM Support?

  • If you have any playback problems or questions related to your Engage SCORM videos, please log a support ticket and select case categories:
    • Area: Engage
    • Case Reason: Engage SCORM
    • Support Topic: select the appropriate option.
  • Our support team will quickly direct all support cases to the Engage SCORM Administration team.
