Accessing Your Training Library
As an End User or Administrator, you have two video libraries:
- Company Wide Training: This contains the training modules scheduled for all users by your administrator.
- Targeted Training: This contains the tutorials you've been sent by your administrator as part of a Targeted Training campaign, to review or reinforce concepts covered in scheduled Company Wide Training lessons.
How you access your Training Library depends on whether your configuration allows you to:
- Access them from a message link in a notification when a new lesson is available, or
- By logging on to Engage via My Apps. For more information about My Apps, see Accessing Mimecast Applications Via MyApps.
Accessing Your Training Library via a Message Link
If your account is not configured to log on directly to the Engage from My Apps, you will receive an email notification from your Engage Administrator with the link to click to access and complete the training.
- Clicking the link takes you directly to the module and starts your training.
- Clicking the link after you've successfully completed the training module takes you to My Training Library.
If your administrator has configured Single Sign-On (SSO), you must sign on using your respective SSO authentication method before gaining access. Once authentication is successful, the link takes you directly to the lesson module and/or library.
Accessing Your Training Library via My Apps
As an End User or Administrator, you can access your libraries by logging onto Engage through My Apps, by using the following steps.

- In My Apps, click on the Awareness Training tile.
- Navigate to My Training Library, and click on either:
- Company Wide Training, to list the videos sent to all employees.
- Targeted Training, to list the videos sent as part of a Targeted Training campaign.
Training Library Sections
Your Training Library has two sections:

Pending Modules: These are videos you've been requested to complete but have yet to do so. If you've completed all the required videos/training campaigns, the following icon is displayed:
- Previously Viewed Modules: These are videos you've completed. You can replay any video by clicking on its play icon.
Troubleshooting Training Completion
If your training videos are not consistently marking as completed in your Training Library, try these steps:
- Verify you're watching the entire video from start to finish.
- Confirm you're clicking the exit button at the end of the video.
- Refresh the page or re-watch the video.
- Check that your browser is up-to-date.
- Ensure pop-ups are permitted for the Learning Management System.
- Contact your administrator with specific details about when and how often the issue occurs.
