Engage - Audit Logs

This feature is available for Engage Core and Engage Pro.

This article describes the Engage activity recorded in the Mimecast Audit Logs and how to access them; and is intended for Administrators.

Audit Events

The following activity is recorded in the Mimecast Audit Logs:

  • The creation, update, or deletion of the following:
    • Targeted Training Campaign.
    • Company-Wide Modules.
    • Phishing Campaigns.
    • Phishing Templates.
    • Custom Modules.
    • LMS.
  • Using the following functions from the Company-Wide Training queue:
    • Resend Module (shows as Resend Training in the Audit Log).
    • Reset Module (shows as Modify Existing Training in the Audit Log).
  • Updates made to:
    • Company Settings.
    • Setting an Alert Message.
  • Resetting Engage-related Human Risk data.

Viewing Audit Log Files

The Engage Audit Logs can be viewed via the Mimecast Administration Console | Account | Audit Logs, and filtering by Awareness Training Logs.

You can then click on a row to see Entry Details.
