Mimecast for Outlook - Branding

This article contains information on applying branding sets to Mimecast for Outlook, including prerequisites, configuration steps in the Mimecast Administration Console, and considerations for overriding previous branding settings.

Prerequisites 

• A Branding Set with the required URL Prefix. See Stationery - Branding for full details.
• Mimecast for Outlook Configuration Tool

If branding was applied in a previous version, the settings.mcx file must be removed for branding via this procedure to take precedence.

Applying a Branding Set to Mimecast for Outlook:

1. Log in to the Mimecast Administration Console.
2. Navigate to Users & Groups | Applications.
3. Either click on the:

• • Application Setting to change it.
  • New Application Settings button, used to create a new application setting.

4. Select the required Branding Set in the Mimecast for Outlook Branding option.
