Overview

Mimecast is pleased to announce enhancements to the Threat Scan feature for customers trialing Mimecast Email Security Cloud Integrated, which will allow them to end a scan early and receive a Threat Scan report for the mailboxes we have completed scanning

What's changing

• Customers will see a new button within the Email Security Cloud Integrated dashboard called End Scan. Clicking End Scan will update the Threat Scan's progress bar, indicating that the scan is ending. 

The above-mentioned changes apply exclusively to trials of Email Security Cloud Integrated that use the Threat Scan option. These changes do not affect Threat scans conducted in Monitor or Protect modes for Email Security Cloud Integrated.

Recommended actions

Nothing needs to be done as a result of these changes.
