Issue
Currently, there are no new releases planned. We are currently reviewing our portfolio of end-user apps, as there have been innovative developments which should provide better options for end users to access Mimecast services in the future.
Mimecast has established that an issue arises when customers try to setup the Mimecast Mobile application with Microsoft Intune, and Azure Device Conditional Access. When logging in via SSO, customers receive an error stating that the login attempt is not supported with Azure Device Conditional Access.
Workaround
- Create a conditional access policy to exclude sending the device ID or enforcing the conditional device requirements for the Mimecast Azure SSO App. See Microsoft's article.
