This article describes how to manage the video tutorials sent to users via the training queue, and is intended for Administrators.
Local Groups are only available for Email Security Cloud Gateway.
Email Security Cloud Integrated uses the Directory Group.
Accessing the Training Queue
Log in to the Mimecast Awareness Training Platform to access the training queue.
The training queue is split into three sections (Company Wide Training, Targeted Training, and Content Library), to help avoid any confusion between the Training Modules and the Campaigns.
Company Wide Training
Company Wide Training allows you to view, select, and schedule our awareness training content for your entire organization based on the groups selected in the Default User Groups section of the General Settings.
- You have access to view the historic training content
- You can view the company-wide completion statistics
- You can review the default groups assigned
- You can also make changes to the groups by going to General Settings
Targeted Training
Targeted Training lets you view, select, and schedule Mimecast Awareness Training content for targeted user groups.
- Targeted Training module data remains in the campaign tables.
- Targeted Training data does not apply to overall platform statistics.
- Targeted Training campaigns can be deleted, provided no previous or current campaigns exist.
The Content Library
The Content Library contains video content, which can be reviewed, selected, and then scheduled for your entire organization or targeted user groups.
- Our latest releases have a new tag for 90 days.
- Allows you to add videos to a company queue or targeted user groups (administrator can still choose targeted groups).
- You can create Custom Modules further down on the page.
Deleting Campaigns
You can delete the modules in the Targeted Training queue, if there are no campaigns in the placeholder.
