Awareness Training - Audit Logs

This article describes the Mimecast Awareness Training activity recorded in the Mimecast Audit Logs and how to access them and is intended for Administrators.

Audit Events

The following activity is recorded in the Mimecast Audit Logs:

• The creation, update, or deletion of the following:
  • Targeted Training Campaign.
  • Company Wide Modules.
  • Phishing Campaigns.
  • Phishing Templates.
  • Custom Modules.
  • LMS.
• Using the following functions from the Company-Wide Training queue:
  • Resend Module (shows as Resend Training in the Audit Log).
  • Reset Module (shows as Modify Existing Training in the Audit Log).
• Updates made to:
  • Company Settings.
  • Setting an Alert Message.

Viewing Audit Log Files

The Mimecast Awareness Training Audit Logs can be viewed via the Mimecast Administration Console | Account | Audit Logs, and filtering by Awareness Training Logs.

You can then click on a row to see Entry Details.
