This article describes how to manage your employees, including allowing them access to the Mimecast Administration Dashboard, and is intended for Administrators.

This functionality is available for Email Security Cloud Gateway only.

Managing Your Employees

You can manage your employees via the Mimecast Administration Console, by one of the following methods:

• Directory Synchronization: See Directory Synchronization.
• Importing multiple employees via a spreadsheet: See Importing Users via a Spreadsheet.
• Manually creating a single employee: See Creating / Editing Mimecast Users.
• Adding one or more employee to a group: See Managing Groups.
