This article contains information on accessing the Phishing Dashboard in Mimecast Awareness Training, detailing steps to view and customize analytics of phishing campaigns, including reported messages, clicked messages, and department results. It is intended for Administrators.
Test Campaigns are not displayed in the Campaigns section of the Phishing Training Dashboard.

Introduction
The Phishing Campaign analytics are viewed under the Phishing Dashboard. This provides an overview of all simulation activities within your organization and allows you to view the data at a high level.
By default, the dashboard is set to display 3 months of data, but you can view up to 24 months of data.
Accessing the Phishing Dashboard
You can access the Phishing Campaign analytics by using the following steps:
- Log on to Mimecast Awareness Training.
- Navigate to Phishing Training | Dashboard.
- Click on either Overview or Users to view analytics.
- Click the drop-down to customize the Date Range.
- The Phishing Dashboard contains display tiles, which provide information for analytics, including :

- Reported Messages: Messages that are reported by users, and would normally show an increase.
- Clicked Messages: Messages that are clicked on by users, and would normally show a decrease.
- Submitted Forms: Multistage attacks that are clicked on by users, and also require the user to log in to a page.
- Campaigns: Number of sent campaigns in your organization.
- Most Effective Phishing Translated Templates: Displays the percentage rate by user click.
- Department Results: Displays the clicking rate of phishing campaigns in different departments.
