Accepted Messages - Export Results

This article contains information on exporting message results from the Message Center, including steps to select columns, choose a file format, and download the file. The Message Center allows administrators to export the results displayed in a dialog to a downloadable file.

To export messages

1. Navigate to Message Center | Accepted Messages in the Mimecast Administration Console.  
2. Click on the Export Results button. The Export Results panel is displayed.
3. Deselect any Columns you wish to exclude. All message information is included in the download by default. The columns available will vary depending on the dialog being displayed.
4. Select a File Format for the download file.
5. Click on the Download button.
