Issue
We have identified an issue where users are not able to see the Next button when trying to authenticate with Mimecast for Outlook, via Single Sign-On (SSO).
This is due to the high screen resolution on users' machines.
Workaround
- Drop the screen resolution to 1920 x 1080, and set scaling to 100% to get the button to show up.
- Use Integrated Windows Authentication via SSO or EWS to force authentication without user interaction.
- Use the cursor to resize the window appropriately. This can be difficult when working on a monitor with 4K or 1440p resolution at any scaling, since the window can be extremely small.

Has there been any updates to this issue? We have this problem with the external user banner. When users go to reply the banner blocks the sender and pop-out / discard buttons. It's a huge inconvenience.
