Issue

We have identified an issue where users are not able to see the Next button when trying to authenticate with Mimecast for Outlook, via Single Sign-On (SSO)
This is due to the high screen resolution on users' machines.

Workaround

  • Drop the screen resolution to 1920 x 1080, and set scaling to 100% to get the button to show up.
  • Use Integrated Windows Authentication via SSO or EWS to force authentication without user interaction.
  • Use the cursor to resize the window appropriately. This can be difficult when working on a monitor with 4K or 1440p resolution at any scaling, since the window can be extremely small.

  • Has there been any updates to this issue? We have this problem with the external user banner. When users go to reply the banner blocks the sender and pop-out / discard buttons. It's a huge inconvenience.
