What's changing

  1. The Test Connection option is now also available to Administrators who only have Read permissions for the Directory Synchronization section.
  2. A Directory Browser tab has been added for Microsoft Azure integrations. This provides a Knowledge Base link explaining how the Microsoft Graph Explorer can be used to detail what Azure attributes can be synchronized.
  3. The Directory Browser (available for On-Premises Active Directory, Domino Directory and Microsoft Azure) is now also available to Administrators who only have Read permissions for the Directory Synchronization section.
  4. Contacts can now be excluded for On-Premises Active Directory and Microsoft Azure integrations.
  5. Internal Guest Users can now be included in the synchronization of Microsoft Azure integrations.
  6. For all integrations, you can now select how many addresses should be unlinked based on the synchronization result.
  7. For all integrations, you can select if unlinked addresses should be removed from your Mimecast account.
  8. You can now Disable an integration if you want to exclude it from the next manually requested or automated synchronization.
  9. Manual synchronizations now run as a background process so that you can keep interacting with the section while the requested sync is running.
  10. When a manually requested sync has been completed, any page update or refresh will ensure that a link to the manual sync report becomes available. This link will remain available for 24 hours.

These enhancements have also been made available for Advanced Account Administration setups. For such setups a new column has been added to the main table to ensure that you can easily identify where within your setup the integration has been created:
