Overview

We are excited to introduce an integration with ServiceNow's ITSM platform. This integration enables analysts to quickly act on user requests without the need to access the Mimecast Administration Console directly.

What's changing

The Mimecast for ServiceNow integration includes the following features:

• Managed URL creation, update, and deletion.
• Decoding Mimecast rewritten URLs.
• Held message management.
• Managed Sender creation, update, and deletion.
• User information view.
• Cloud user management.
• Service overview information, including queue counts, journal connector, and directory connector status.
