This article describes using the Reports section in the Email Security Cloud Integrated, including reviewing weekly reports, accessing archived reports. configuring report settings, and managing administrator notifications.
Reporting
The Reports section is broken down into two tabs, Archive and Settings.
Archive
You can view an Archive of all your past Weekly Reports, by using the following steps:abc
- Login to the Mimecast Email Security Cloud Integrated platform.
- Navigate to Reports | Archive.
- You may see a number next to the Archive tab; this relates to the number of unread reports:
- From the Archive tab, you can:

- View a Report, by clicking on the item you wish to view.
- Click on More Actions "..." which allows you to either View or Resend a Report.
The Resend option will only send a Report to the requesting administrator. Only Scheduled Reports will be sent to all specified administrators.
Settings
You can configure your Report Settings, by using the following steps:
- Login to the Mimecast Email Security Cloud Integrated platform.
- Navigate to Reports | Settings.
- Select the day(s) of the week you want administrators to receive the report.
- You can use the checkboxes that are shown next to each administrator, to specify who will receive the report.
- You can use the Send to Users and Groups section, to look up imported Microsoft 365 groups to choose required groups.
You can also type in email addresses in the free text field (these can be internal and / or external). There’s no limit to how many groups / email addresses can be added here. - Click on Save (which displays the number of changes that you have made).
- You can also choose to click on Discard Changes, if you decide not to not save your changes.
