CyberGraph 2.0 - Maintaining Administrators

This guide describes how you can maintain your list of CyberGraph administrators.

To access your list of administrators:

  1. Log on to the CyberGraph Dashboard.
  2. Select User Admin in the navigation panel. A list of your administrators is displayed.

Your administrator account is not listed in the display. This is by design.

From the list of administrators, you can:

      • Search for an administrator.
      • Add an administrator.
      • Remove an existing administrator.
      • Reset an administrator's password.

Searching for an Administrator

You can search for a particular administrator by:

  1. Clicking in the Administrator Search field.
  2. Enter all or part of the administrator's:
      • Name
      • Email Address
  1. Click on the Search button.

Adding an Administrator

To add an administrator:

  1. Click in the Add Users as Administrators field.
  2. Add the user's Email Address.
  3. Click on the Invite button. The user is sent a message with a link to reset their password.

Removing an Administrator

To remove an administrator:

  1. Use the Search field to find the required user if required. See the "Searching for an Administrator" section above for full details.
  2. Click on the Remove button to the right of the user.

Reset an Administrator's Password

To reset an administrator's password:

  1. Use the Search field to find the required user if required. See the "Searching for an Administrator" section above for full details.
  2. Click on the Reset button to the right of the user. The user is sent a message with a link to reset their password.
