Supervision - Keyboard Shortcuts

This guide outlines the keyboard shortcuts that reviewers can use inside the Supervision application when reviewing messages for non-compliance.

Keyboard Shortcut	Description	Message Toolbar Icon
Shift +?	Shows/hides the list of keyboard shortcuts.	+ Keyboard Shortcuts menu item
Shift + Enter	Opens the message on its tab (e.g., full-screen mode).	+ Fullscreen menu item
Shift + H	Highlights the lexicon match in the message.	+ Highlight menu item
Shift + F	This forwards the message if your administrator has configured the reviewers or escalation queue to allow this.	+ Forward menu item
Shift + P	This prints the message if your administrator has configured the escalation queue to allow this.	+ Print menu item
Shift + M	Opens the comment window to add a comment to the message.	+ Comment; menu item
Shift + E	Escalates the message to an escalation queue.
Shift + Alt + E	Escalates the message to an escalation queue, and allows you to enter a comment.
Shift + G	Marks the message as compliant.
Shift + Alt + G	Marks the message as compliant, and allows you to enter a comment.
Shift + B	Marks the message as non-compliant.
Shift + Alt + B	Marks the message as non-compliant, and allows you to enter a comment.
Shift + T	Marks the message as pending.	The "Pending" icon replaces the "Compliant" or "Non-Compliant" icon, allowing you to reverse a previous decision.
Shift + Alt + T	Marks the message as pending, and allows you to enter a comment.
