This article provides information about how the Supervision Dashboard monitors all supervision activity.
To access the Supervision dashboard:
- Log in to the Mimecast Administration Console.
- Navigate to Archive | Supervision.
The Overview tab is the first tab displayed, which includes queues with analytics.
Review Queues and Escalation Queues
Review Queues contain messages that are awaiting review. Escalation Queues contain reviewed messages that have been escalated to a senior/escalation manager to decide on their final status. The Message Status table provides extensive information that expands on messages being held in the escalation queue. At the bottom of this box, the totals of the headings are summarized. The Top Reviewers Performance table shows high performers who have processed a certain amount of emails. At the bottom of this table will be a summarized total of the data above.
The default threshold settings are:
Green: 0%-49% Good
Orange: 50%-84% Warning
Red: 85%-100% Critical
These thresholds can be modified through the Display Settings option for the Review and Escalation Queues.
To change your queue thresholds:
- Click on Display Settings.
- Select up to a maximum of 10 queues.
- Move the threshold icon over to the preferred percentage, or enter the specific amount into the boxes labeled:

- Green to Yellow Maximum
- Yellow to Red Maximum
- Click Save.
