Welcome back to the Mimecast MSP Partner Portal. This article provides instructions on how to quote DMARC in the Mimecast MSP Partner Portal.
To gain the DMARC certification:
- Navigate to Menu | University.
- Select Post Sales Technical Enablement.
- Navigate to the center of the page and Select DMARC Analyzer Learning Plan.
- Click on the card.
- Click on enroll on a learning plan.
- Click Start Learning Now.
Once certification has been successfully completed, the partner should notify their Channel
Account Manager (CAM) to confirm that the products are added to their portal view.
The DMARC products will not automatically appear once the certification is completed.
To start a DMARC quote:
- Go to the Portal Home page.
- Click on Place Order from the Prospects and Orders widget.
- Click on Create Prospect and the Create Prospects page will be displayed.
- Complete the Prospect form.

Select the necessary Foundation Services.
As foundation services are selected, add-ons are displayed:
- Click on Zone 3 Services.
- Select the Support tab.
- Select DMARC Analyzer - Implementation.
- Click on the Add button.
When DMARC is added. A notification will appear in the Preview Quote section to notify the MSP that DMARC Analyzer – Implementation is required.
DMARC Analyzer – Implementation is necessary to implement the order.
- If the order is complete, Select Review order. The order form will be displayed.
- To make any changes, select Edit at the bottom of the screen.
- Add the Order Number or check the Order Number Not Required check box.
- Authorization to proceed is granted by checking the Master Service Provider Agreement checkbox and the Terms and Agreement duly authorization checkbox:
- Click on Submit Order to proceed.
- The Request For Information (RFI) page will be displayed.
- Complete the RFI form.
- Once the MSP has submitted an order, two automated emails are issued:

- The first email is sent to the MSP submitting the order and holds a copy of the order addendum. A copy of the addendum is also stored in the Attachments area of the Customer Details page.
- The second email is sent to the customer's Implementation Lead and has a link to the online Request for Information form. The customer record can be accessed immediately from the In Progress menu item.
