Supervision - Reporting

This guide demonstrates how to download Supervision Reports in CSV format.

To access the Reports functionality:

  1. Log in to the Mimecast Administration Console.
  2. Navigate to Archive | Supervision.
  3. On the dashboard, select Reports.

To create a report:

  1. Select a Date Range:
    • Past 2 weeks
    • Past 3 weeks
    • Past 4 weeks
    • Custom range (90 days or less).

Violation Comments and Queue Activity will populate in real-time to your report up to 11:59PM the previous day.

  1. Select a Report Type:
    • Queue Activity: This includes the number of messages reviewed by each reviewer for each queue and breaks them down by compliant, violations, and escalations.
    • Violations: This includes all emails that have been tagged as non-compliant.
    • Violations Comments: This includes non-compliant emails that have been reviewed with comments added.
  2. Click Download Report.

You will receive a notification in the top left corner once the download is complete.
