Mimecast for Mac - Delegates

Delegate Mailboxes

If you have been assigned delegate mailbox access by your Administrator, you can use Mimecast for Mac as that user.

You can navigate to a delegate mailbox, by using the following steps:

1. Open the Mimecast for Mac application, and ensure you are logged in.
2. Select the delegates icon from the top left-hand corner.
   
   
3. Select the required delegate's mailbox. This is then displayed in the left-hand menu.

   When composing, the message is sent from your primary user (not the delegate).

You can switch back to your profile, by using the following steps:

1. Select the delegates icon from the top left-hand corner.
2. Select your mailbox.
