Supervision - Viewing Messages in Plain Text

Marketing and promotional messages can resemble web pages and display data in frames or forms to format their message in a web-specific manner. When you receive a message in HTML format, you can change its display to view it in plain text. This page covers how to do this. 

To view a message in plain text:

1. Click on the Text link in the message's footer.
   
   

To return to the HTML view:

1. Click on the HTML link in the message's footer.
