Supervision - Logging On

This page details how to access the Supervision Application. You can access the Supervision application by the following methods:

• Using the Administration Console.
• Supervision application URL.

Accessing via Administration Console

To access the supervision application from the administration console:

1. Log in to the Mimecast Administration Console.
2. Navigate to Archive | Supervision Lexicon Rules menu item.

Supervision Application URL

To access the supervision application from outside the administration console:

1. Enter the application's URL into your browser. The URL differs according to your region:

2. Enter your Login credentials (e.g., email address).

Your login controls whether you're a Reviewer or Escalation Manager and the functionality available to you.

3. Click on the Next button.
4. Select whether you are authenticating your login using a Domain or Cloud password.
5. Enter your Password.
6. Click on the Login button.

Notifications

Once logged in, a notification informs you that external images in messages are not displayed by default. This is displayed each time you log on to the application unless you suppress it. To suppress it:

1. Click on the Don't Show This Message Again option.
2. Click on the Close button.

Where an image is not displayed in a message, the following banner is below the message's header. If required, click on the Display Images button to display the images.
