This article contains information on confirming firewall settings for Mimecast connectivity, recommending TPOC training, and implementing additional Mimecast services like data import and continuity solutions.
Once the Technical Point of Contact (TPOC) confirms that your firewall settings have been applied, our support team will perform a series of tests to ensure that the connectivity settings are configured correctly. If the tests are successful, a final email notification is issued to the TPOC to confirm the completion of the Mimecast Connect process.
It is recommended that the TPOC attend the Email Management Training & Education | Mimecast training courses. These courses are designed to increase awareness of the available products and services and how to implement them for the organization's benefit.
