Overview

Mimecast is pleased to announce a continuous deployment of improvements in Mimecast Mobile, containing the following enhancements and fixes.

What's changing

Enhancements

• Improved rooted device detection.
• Login process now uses external browser to SSO sign-ins.
• For Android 11 onwards, the native file picker is now used for downloading attachments.

Fixes

• Issues when running on some Realme and Oppo devices have been resolved.
• Information now being displayed correctly within the register applications view in the Mimecast Administration Console.
• Various bug fixes and performance improvements.

Platform Support

• This is the last version to support Android 9 (Pie).
• Support added for Android 12 (Snow Cone).
