Overview
Mimecast is pleased to announce a few exciting changes to our Supervision product. Administrators can download up-to-date reports that reflect recent reviewer activity, as well as create custom reports as far back as 90 days.
What's changing
Historically, messages that had been reviewed by Reviewers or Administrators would populate within the Supervision reporting after 7 days from the time they left the pending queue. This would allow for any changes to take place, or for reviewers to potentially bring a message back to pending or to be escalated.
Now, as messages are reviewed, they will appear in near real-time once the message has left the pending queue (the previous day).
The date ranges for Supervision reports have historically been set at up to 31 days' worth of data. Now, you will be able to create any report with up to 90 days’ worth of reviewed content.
