Issue
There are known numerical differences between Analysis & Response (AR) and the Mimecast Account Assessment Report (MAA). These differences are due to the way emails are categorized, grouped and displayed within Analysis & Response vs Mimecast Account Assessment Report.
Some examples of differing results include:
- Phishing, Suspicious and unwanted emails are not covered in MAA but are included in AR.
- Spam has been further categorized in MAA than in AR.
- URL clicks include browser isolation in AR and only blocked clicks in MAA.
Workaround
Both Analysis & Response and Mimecount Account Assessment Report are correct in their own right, and can be used to illustrate what has been identified within your account. No further workaround is required at this time.
We will be taking steps in the future to further align these to provide a more cohesive user experience.
