Overview

Mimecast would like to inform customers that we've made some changes to our SMS services to comply with the requirements of the Independent Communications Authority of South Africa (ICASA). Starting from January 15th, 2024, customers who have subscribed to receive SMS notifications from Mimecast will now receive them from a new number. This means that the old number ([phone]) will no longer be used, and it will be replaced with a new number ([phone]).

Please note that this change will affect the following services: Two-Factor Authentication (2FA), Service Monitor, and Continuity.

What's changed

The old number ([phone]) has been replaced with a new number ([phone]).
